Helen Roe of Pure Hair Design raised £717 for Sue's Place. Tony Cook (pictured below with Helen) was her motivator and helped her to complete the run. Tony coaches the Nottingham Forest under 18's and seemed an ideal person to run it with her.

Superheroes Raise £1100 for Sue's Place
Featured in 'It's all about you'- May 09
A raffle organised by staff at Pure Hair design has raised £1,100 for the charity, Sue’s Place. Helen Roe, salon owner and staff dressed as superheroes (below) for the raffle draw which was held at Starbucks. Over 40 raffle prizes were donated by local businesses.
Sue’s Place, Newark and Notts Child Bereavement and Loss Centre supports and helps children who are affected by death, divorce or seperation.
